Job: SEN Support Assistant

Pay: £90 - £100 a day

Role Responsibilities:
* Work closely with motivated teachers to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlocking each learner's potential.
* Participate actively in organizing class activities, lead engaging small groups and 1:1 sessions.
* Create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued, and achieve beyond expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Appropriate qualifications are advantageous; however, relevant experience in a similar role is desirable. An appreciation of the needs and support of others, such as experience in care, can be transferable. The right candidate will possess a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children. An understanding and commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children is vital.
