An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious Administrator to join a European Bank supporting an Operations team.
Your duties will include:
* Providing full administrative support to the team and handling some operational tasks
* Managing documentation for internal workflows
* Maintaining internal tracking tools/spreadsheets for fund performance monitoring/reporting
* Assisting in the preparation of various fund reporting and marketing materials
* Taking Committee meeting minutes
* Handling general queries
Your experience must include:
* Proven relevant administration experience gained within Banking is ESSENTIAL - ideally within a structured finance or middle office environment
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask to deadlines
* Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint etc
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Team Player with a proactive attitude
* Fluency in French would be advantageous
This role will be based in the London office five days a week for the first couple of months, after which it will move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working remotely
