Key Supplier & Contracts Coordinator
£20p/h + Mon-Fri 37.5hr week + hybrid working (2 days in office / 3 days WFH) + collaborative & supportive global Business team environment + initial 10 month assignment till Dec 2026 (potential for a permanent role in the future)
A highly successful pharmaceutical organisation, employing 50,000+ individuals worldwide is looking to engage a Key Supplier & Contracts Coordinator on an initial 10-month temp assignment to provide comprehensive support to the Speciality Business Unit
Key Supplier & Contracts Coordinator responsibilities include:
* Support Business Unit with administrative tasks including meetings & event management, data & document management, reports, presentations, proposals etc
* Source and book event venues and group travel for Healthcare Professionals, updating event database accordingly
* Act as primary contact for key clients & suppliers, managing expectations with a solutions-focused approach
* Support a legal contract approval process management system, collating information
* Ensure strict adherence to policies & procedures relating to quality & compliance
* Work closely with other departments including Finance, Marketing, Sales and Medical teams on approval process for client contracts
* Manage allocated projects
* Raise invoices & POs and monitor team spend
Key Supplier & Contracts Coordinator profile:
* A team administrator background in a busy commercial environment, ideally with a client relations, contracts & compliance focus
* Confident dealing with external & internal clients
* Experience managing large events & group travel advantageous
* Client contract management / compliance process experience a plus
* Good technical capability including MS Office Suite, Salesforce, SAP, legal compliance / Events management systems desirable
* A proactive, tenacious and ‘can do’ attitude; energetic, able to have fun!
* Confident communication skills, with ability to build and develop key business relationships
* Able to manage a busy workload with positivity & proficiency
