We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team.
The position may be based in both our Oldswinford and Mary Stevens stores which are busy and fast paced. The position will need someone who can manage in high pressure situations while working alone and also as apart of the wider team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the front of house operations, including overseeing the dining area, bar, and customer service.
* Train and supervise front of house staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain inventory of supplies, including beverages, utensils, and cleaning materials.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
* Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for staff and customers.
* Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in team management or supervising roles within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of front of house operations in a similar establishment.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes is a plus.

Pay: £13.40-£14.50 per hour
