Excellent communication skills, a focus on customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customers, ensure operational efficiency, and conduct regular store walks.
* People: Encourage suggestions, provide performance feedback, foster a positive team environment, and manage performance with HR support.
* Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, merchandise products effectively, coach upselling, and seek continuous improvement.
* Operations: Manage KPIs, handle stock orders, oversee maintenance, ensure health and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and food hygiene.
Key Requisites
* Previous restaurant management experience
* Flexible and disciplined work approach
* Experience in food environments is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Experience handling customer complaints
* Adherence to health and safety procedures
