Description
* Assist in maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
* Work collaboratively with the accounting team to create and analyse financial reports
* Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
* Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
* Support in managing company ledgers
* Coordinate internal audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
* Proficiency in English and in MS Office
