Salary: £21.72 - £33.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on qualifications and experience
This is an opportunity for suitably qualified energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Adult Community Delivery team – Potential in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbighshire. The successful candidates will be able to provide high‑quality teaching and create effective opportunities for learning that will enable all learners to achieve to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities
* Teach literacy, numeracy and digital literacy from entry level to level 2.
* Teach another specialist subject e.g. Art, Employability, Sociology, Business Administration or any other specialist subject.
* Help develop the ACL provision in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbighshire.

Holiday Entitlement: There will be an entitlement to pro‑rata paid holiday in each academic year (1st September to 31st August), which includes pro‑rata entitlement of 8 Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in Wales and a pro‑rata entitlement of up to 5 efficiency days (please note this can change annually). Annual leave is derived from a pro‑rata full‑time equivalent entitlement of 46 days which is included in the hourly rate paid.
Working Pattern: Up to 16 hours per week available, part time, hourly paid contract. Work pattern to be agreed dependant on availability but could include evenings and weekends. Subject & Level of delivery are based on qualifications and experience. An additional percentage of between 10% - 63.33% (subject to criteria) will be applied to the contracted hours worked to reflect preparation and marking. Working weeks to be agreed with Programme Area Manager.
