PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR - NHS
The Pensions Administrator role at Civica involves managing essential pension administration tasks in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, processing member information, handling client queries, producing benefit statements, managing scheme enrolments and retirements, and supporting senior administrators.
Responsibilities
* Data input and filing (paper and electronic)
* Receiving, organising, and processing information
* Answering telephones and contacting customers to handle basic client queries
* Producing benefit statements
* Opting members into and out of the scheme
* Processing refund requests
* Guiding members through the retirement process
* Submitting retirement applications
* Gathering and distributing mail
* Assisting the Senior Pensions Administrators with various duties
Experience / Qualifications
* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Understanding the need to follow established procedures
* Ability to use own initiative within a team environment
* A progressive approach to change and improvement
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Time management and interpersonal skills
* Methodical and analytical approach
