Work from home or from one of six UK office hubs (including Bristol, Cheltenham, and London)
Bi-weekly travel to London required to meet with customers
🔧 The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving secure and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS infrastructure
Deploying, scaling, and managing Kubernetes clusters (Docker, Helm)
Developing automated tools and processes for deployment, monitoring, testing, and maintenance
Creating and maintaining security, compliance, and disaster recovery procedures
Optimising systems for high availability, resilience, and cost efficiency
Monitoring and improving infrastructure/application performance
Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure/application issues
Mentoring junior DevOps engineers

Essential skills & experience:
Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
Configuration Management & Automation expertise
Containers & orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)
Observability tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana
Basic programming skills (any language)
CI/CD pipeline development and management experience
Eligibility Requirement:
You must be a British citizen who has lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years, in order to qualify for high-level security clearance.
