Summary
The Systems Lead is responsible for overseeing the integration and upgrade of our internal 'Cruising Power 2.0' platform on Adobe. This role suits individuals with a project management background, especially in system upgrades. The focus is on collaborating with senior management and the Cruising Power HQ team to support strategy and the successful integration of the upgraded system into our international market operations.
This role requires a clear understanding of business objectives, enabling the Systems Lead to translate strategic goals into actionable project deliverables aligned with market needs. This includes understanding trade-facing systems and platforms to ensure they are fit for purpose for our trusted travel partners across all international markets, including live booking systems, marketing assets, collateral, and rewards platforms.
Post-implementation, the Systems Lead will oversee content uploads, maintenance, and optimization of the platform to ensure high standards of functionality, usability, and feature richness. This includes ownership of trade integrations and ensuring seamless connectivity with relevant systems (e.g., Celebrity Rewards / Training Platform). You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in trade tools and sales enablement, serving as a role model for our corporate culture with strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
* Understand and document all elements within Celebrity Central (trade portal) for transition to CP 2.0
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights into current functionalities, processes, and integrations
* Map and document systems, workflows, data flows, and user interactions related to Celebrity Central
* Support analysis to identify dependencies, gaps, and areas for improvement during transition
* Work with technical and business teams for a smooth migration to the new platform
* Create documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate the current state and transition plan
* Ensure all relevant translations are built and checked with local teams
* Coordinate communication between Platform Team and stakeholders in international markets
* Manage cross-team dependencies to prevent impediments and foster collaboration
* Work with existing B2B platforms like SSO
* Lead implementation of Cruising Power content at market level
* Create and maintain timing plans for market launches (2026)
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing to produce in-market launch collateral & communications
* Assess and implement training for all EMEA markets
* In BAU, create monthly content calendars and ongoing communications for CP uploads
* Lead implementation of all Cruising Power content at market level, including copy, banners, and collateral
* Use translation tools for uploading standard copy and messaging
* Monitor and report usage data by market
* Develop detailed reporting to analyze agent behaviors and recommend engagement strategies
* Deliver monthly CP updates to Senior Leadership
* Identify future development needs and present them for consideration
* Manage the budget allocated to support the platform
* Maintain SSO to market platforms and support the transition to Cruising Power
* Support other systems and platforms as launched or re-launched
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of success in similar roles, project and trade partner management experience, familiarity with system upgrades, and experience in multi-channel matrix organizations. Knowledge of the cruise industry is preferred.
