Manchester (Wythenshawe Area) – PRU (KS3–KS4). Seeking a specialist to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, using trauma-informed approaches and structured interventions. You will work closely with teachers, behaviour mentors and pastoral staff to deliver personalised support, regulate behaviour, and create a safe, positive learning environment. The role requires strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and a calm, consistent approach. Experience and Qualifications Experience in PRU, SEMH, alternative provision or behavioural support essential. Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and behaviour regulation strategies. Ability to de-escalate situations and build positive relationships with pupils. Resilient, adaptable and committed to pupil wellbeing.
