Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you looking for a full-time role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a dynamic primary school setting?
About the Role
Long Term Futures are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated "Good" school in Derby to recruit a qualified and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting class teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil progress tracking. You will also provide focused support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them reach their learning goals. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
* Support class teachers in planning lessons and preparing learning resources.
* Monitor and track the academic and personal development of pupils.
* Deliver tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
* Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
What We're Looking For
* A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent.
* Proven experience working within a primary school
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with teaching staff.
* A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive academically and emotionally.
