What you will do: - Use your strong clinical knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and neurodiversity to inform and conduct thorough assessments and interventions. - Deliver high-quality, strength-based assessments focusing on a clear person-centred approach for each individual you work with. - Work confidently and independently, utilising your previous community experience to guide practice and make informed decisions. - Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively, with access to long-arm supervision whenever needed. - Complete Enablement Assessments and collaborate with individuals, their carers, and colleagues to develop tailored Enablement Plans. - Provide clear clinical guidance and instructions to Enablement Officers to support the delivery of effective interventions and achieve positive outcomes.
