PCV Bus Driver — Southend | £1,500 Joining Bonus £16.85 – £17.26 per hour (approx. £35,000 OTE with overtime) Are you an experienced PCV licence holder? From the morning commute to the school run to the weekend shop, we connect our customers to what matters — and you'll be the familiar face that makes that happen. £1,500 Joining Bonus Drivers with a full PCV licence and 12 months remaining of CPC qualify for our structured joining bonus, paid in three stages: £500 once you're independently on the road £500 on successful completion of probation £500 six months after passing probation If you have experience but don't meet the bonus criteria, we still want to hear from you — the role is open, and every other benefit below applies. Pay Basic rate: £16.85 per hour Weekend & bank holiday rate: £17.26 per hour Overtime, extra shifts, and bank holidays at premium rates This is a shift-based role covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Rotas are shared in advance.
