* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser
* Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews, adapting financial strategies where required
* Blend relationship management with new business development opportunities
* Provide bespoke financial planning solutions to private and corporate clients
* Work closely with paraplanners and compliance teams to deliver high-quality regulated advice
* Maintain strong long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
Person
* Experienced Financial Adviser / Senior Adviser background
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Chartered status
* Strong relationship-building and client management skills
* Comfortable managing both existing clients and developing new business
* Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to deliver tailored financial advice in a compliant manner
