My client is a little different to the usual Insurance businesses, rather than being part of a huge contact centre, here they have a more personable and welcoming team appeal.

The teams compromise of just 8 customer administrator professionals with all levels of customer support exposure.

Alongside you will be supporting the technical team of engineers which is a larger team of around 40. All open plan, great incentives and most importantly the hours are

Monday to Friday – no early or late nights.

The company are looking to welcome people into the business that are looking for an office-based customer support administrative role.

Or someone that has a wealth of administrative experience that can offer immediate administration support to the their clients.

This Insurance company are part of an International Group and offer great training programme to onboard new people into the business and support all the way through the training, offering full engagement from trainers and senior advisors.

You could have experience working within a busy office, reception or compliance/quality/contracts administration department. You will need to have the confidence to pick up systems quickly and accurately, it requires someone with excellent admin support experience that is fast and accurate to take the pressure from the team.

Your accuracy and communication skills are key for this role, you will enjoy delivering and maintaining a high level of admin assistance to the customer support team, have a professional and personable manner, have the ability to engage with customers via email, update all customer records accurately. as well as updating any compliant administration.

Great working hours Monday to Friday.

35 hours, great holiday allowance 25 days plus banks, free parking, pension, health insurance & other great benefits to discuss.

For the administrator role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work under pressure, strong admin & database skills, a confident approach when communicating and a reactive and positive attitude.
