As a Production Operative, you will be part of the team responsible for manufacturing, packaging and preparing our supplements for distribution. You'll work 4 days a week in a clean, safe and supportive environment, following processes that ensure the highest quality standards.

What will you do?
* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for blending, encapsulation and filling.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
* Keep work areas clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Support continuous improvement in production processes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, and warehouse.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is helpful (but not essential — full training provided).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to follow instructions and work within set processes.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Physically able to handle tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving stock.
* An interest in health, nutrition, or wellness is a bonus.
