As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who face a range of social, emotional and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment needs, and low self-esteem. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate the school day, providing academic guidance and therapeutic support. Your daily duties will include: Working 1:1 and in small groups with vulnerable students. Learning and implementing a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach within the classroom.
