Job Purpose
Successfully deliver and execute jobs such as preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TechnipFMC equipment, or other brands, under field conditions and in an international on & offshore environment.
Job Description
1. Ensure all equipment, service tooling, and spare parts are available on location, ready for use, and fit for purpose.
2. Record and document critical technical information such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to support product testing, operation, and assembly processes.
3. Complete all safety-related documentation and consistently adhere to and promote safe work practices.
4. Accurately prepare and submit field service reports, job logs, and all required supporting documentation with necessary details, including part and serial numbers, equipment types, and non-conformance reports.
5. Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on job procedures, parts requirements, critical measurements, and proactively identifying safety and operational improvement opportunities.
6. Act as a professional representative of TechnipFMC, delivering quality customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints effectively, and identifying opportunities for business improvement and customer success.
7. Comply with TechnipFMC Quality Management System requirements and ensure full adherence to QHSE standards and the company’s code of ethics.
You are meant for this job if:
A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
8. High school diploma, Apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
9. Basic knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel.
Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
B. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10. 0-6 months of Oil and Gas experience
11. 3-5 Years Professional Work History in Lieu of advanced schooling
C. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
12. Safety Certifications including but not limited to: T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, CPR
13. TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
14. OGUK or equivalent medical screening
D. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
15. Proactive attitude
16. Ability to work in a team and in stressful fast paced environment
17. Communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors.
18. Alignment with the TechnipFMC Core Values and Foundational Beliefs
E. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
19. Ability to read and understand drawings.
20. Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
21. Read, write and speak English on a professional level. Arabic a plus
