Town Planner - Liverpool

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across infrastructure, regeneration, residential, commercial, energy and mixed-use developments throughout the UK.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering planning advice and managing projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experts across planning, design, engineering and environmental disciplines.
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
* Providing strategic planning advice to clients
* Supporting project delivery across a wide range of sectors
* Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
* Assisting with business development and client relationship management
* Contributing to planning appraisals, policy reviews and development strategies
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
* A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
* MRTPI qualification or working towards chartership
* Previous consultancy or local authority experience
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
