JLN Plumbing & Heating Limited, based in Coventry, offers a wide range of Plumbing, Heating, Renewable and Electrical solutions in the surrounding areas. Leading the way locally in the transition to low-carbon heating systems, we're expanding our team due to demand. Established in 2007 by James Lacey, who brings over 25 years of experience in the industry, the company employs a dedicated team of office staff, qualified engineers and apprentices. We operate a fleet of 12 fully branded vehicles and have offices in Meriden. Our areas of expertise include Renewables/Heat Pumps, Gas (Gas Safe), Oil (OFTEC), LPG (Gas Safe), Solid Fuel (HETAS), Solar (BPEC Registered), and Unvented Cylinders (Building Regs G3 registered).
Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Installation Engineer based in and around Coventry. The Installation Engineer will be responsible for installing gas boilers, heat pump systems and air conditioning. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Most suited to an experienced boiler installation engineer, we offer training to upskill to heat pump and air conditioning installation.
Qualifications
* Skills in domestic gas boiler Installations.
* Experience in domestic heating system wiring & controls.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant certifications in Gas Safe, (F-Gas, G3, OFTEC, or LcL in Heat Pumps are a plus)
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different sites
