Duties
* Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised.
* Provide high-quality patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have regarding their treatment.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
* Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
* Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, contributing to an efficient workflow within the practice.
Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or experience in a dental setting.
* Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
