We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Junior Account Development Executive to join our Commercial team here at Omniplex Learning! Who are we? As a Junior Account Development Executive, you’ll play an important role in growing revenue within our existing customer base, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand how our customers use our products and services. What will you do? As our Junior Account Development Executive, you will: Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, managing sales and revenue targets across your account base Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers through proactive and consistent engagement Identify customer needs and uncover opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value Manage the full lifecycle of commercial opportunities, from initial conversation through to close Support onboarding for new customers, ensuring a positive and engaging early experience Deliver engaging product demonstrations and work with pre-sales teams on tailored solutions Collaborate closely with Account Development Executives to progress larger or more complex opportunities Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using Salesforce and other tools Maintain high levels of activity across calls, emails and meetings to consistently generate opportunities Who are we looking for? You’re proactive, curious and enjoy building relationships in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Experience in a high-activity sales or client-facing role Confidence engaging customers and building relationships over phone, email and video A commercial mindset, with the ability to understand customer goals and position solutions effectively Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities A proactive, accountable approach with a focus on delivering quality outcomes Experience using CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce (or similar) A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with presales, renewals and wider commercial teams What’s in it for you?
