We will give you:
Salary: £28,500 to £29,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your qualifications and experience:
19. Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
20. Experience of implementing improvements in an early years setting, including demonstrating best practice, coaching staff, setting objectives, and keeping records
21. Experience and understanding of child development, behaviour management, and identified groups of children
22. Good knowledge of matters relating to health and safety
23. Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding good practice
24. Paediatric First Aid qualification
25. Designated Safeguarding Lead (level 3 or above) or willingness to train
