HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re now looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, helping deliver a proactive, engaging and high-quality in-house recruitment service.
What you’ll be doing
1. Owning end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and business areas
2. Sourcing and engaging candidates through direct search, social media and creative attraction campaigns
3. Promoting our employer brand and employee value proposition
4. Partnering with hiring managers to deliver a professional, efficient recruitment experience
5. Building talent pools and supporting internal mobility
6. Using systems and data to deliver accurate, confident recruitment outcomes
7. Ensuring every candidate has a positive, respectful and engaging experience
What we’re looking for
8. Experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition
9. Confidence using social media and direct sourcing to attract talent
10. Strong administration and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
11. A collaborative, people-focused approach with excellent communication skills
12. High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
13. Energy, curiosity and a growth mindset, someone who looks for ways to make things better
What you’ll get
