New Product Development Manager - Laundry & Household Location: Redditch Salary: £50-55k Our client is a leading FMCG company that develops and manufactures a range of innovative household cleaning products. With a strong NPD portfolio and increasing sales across a range of household and laundry products they are now looking to recruit a New Product Development Manager reporting to the Technical Director. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience in product development / formulation. In this role you will manage a small team of talented Development Chemists who are focused on developing new laundry and household cleaning products for both brand and retailer own brand ranges. You will be expected to ensure the successful delivery of NPD/EPD projects to an agreed brief consistently demonstrating a high level of project management skill in terms of planning, prioritising, tracking, budgeting and communication. You should have a passion for producing high-quality functional products. Further responsibilities will include: Ensure all on pack claims are justified using agreed industry and regulatory standards.
