Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, shipping and receiving, and quality control. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
* Manage materials handling, including loading and unloading goods from lorries.
* Utilise a warehouse management system for tracking inventory levels and orders.
* Engage in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Perform picking and packing of products for dispatch.
* Maintain organisation within the warehouse, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.
* Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure standards are met.
* Assist with mechanical tasks as needed, demonstrating basic mechanical knowledge.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment, including forklifts.
* Proficient in using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
* Strong understanding of shipping & receiving protocols.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control processes.
* Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
