Service Advisor
1. Location: Near Nuneaton, Warwickshire (CV13)
2. Salary: To be discussed at interview stage
3. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Our client is a leading UK dealership for Polaris and Electric Utility Vehicles, specialising in high-performance off-road vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, sports, and electric models.
Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a Service Advisor to assist in managing key customer relationships and daily operations from their Head Office in Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities
4. Customer Relations: Handle daily customer communications—answering technical queries, managing parts and accessories sales, and delivering outstanding service.
5. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support efficient day-to-day operations.
6. Sales Management: Respond to enquiries for new and used vehicles, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. While the primary focus will be Polaris and agricultural customers, occasional support for the electric/bike business may be required.
7. Administration: Manage CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general administrative duties.
Requirements
8. Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Powersports, agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
9. Technical Knowledge: Ideally, candidates will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
10. Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
11. Location: Candidates should be based locally to the CV13 area.
12. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
