Location: Poole
We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products.
This is a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 6 months. The role is full-time, working on average 39hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks).
We operate a 3 week shift rotation, your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time:

Key Accountabilities
Our Shift Leader is looking for a team member to...
* To operate machinery to agreed parameters
* To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
* To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.
* Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC, IFS, Femas.
* Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
* Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
