The Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and well organisedPart Time Operations Administratorto support the Operations and Asset Management team. This role is central to the smooth running of day to day operational activities and provides administrative, coordination and reporting support across the wind portfolio.
Full training provided no renewables experience required. Applications are welcome from individuals with strong administrative skills from any background who are keen to learn and develop within the role.
Key duties include:
* Administrative support to operations and management teams
* Coordinating contractor visits and site access
* Processing supplier invoices
* Maintaining operational records and documentation
* Updating trackers for outages, availability and works
* Supporting health & safety administration
* Liaising with regulators, network operators and metering providers
