Business Development Manager NI (Belfast base) £40,000 bonus, company car etc We are working with a leading and respected supplier of products into the construction industry, focusing on door systems, architectural ironmongery & access control solutions to recruit for their new Business Development Manager. Reporting into senior management you will be tasked with developing their market share through; Drive sales and business growth across doors, door sets, Ironmongery & automatic door systems / access control Promote the full range of solutions, including high-security and specialist hardware Generate new leads and follow up on inbound opportunities to maximize revenue potential Work closely with architects, contractors, and specifiers to secure project specifications and long-term partnerships Represent the brand across all levels of the construction supply chain, from consultants to end users Maintain close collaboration with internal teams including estimating, technical, and operations to deliver seamless customer service What we are looking for Sales / Business Development experience ideally gained into the construction sector (doors, access control, ironmongery etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercially astute with a track record in sales success In return you can expect a generous package and progression opportunities within a leading and respected supplier into the NI & ROI construction markets.
