As Receptionist, you will be: Meeting and greeting customers Answering a busy telephone, taking messages and directing calls Directing customers to the appropriate team Dealing with enquiries Email correspondence Making refreshments Updating records Key Skills/Experience Required: Experience in a similar role Excellent communication and telephone skills.
