About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the ownership of the operational end-to-end recruitment services and processes to our client(s). You will develop strong working relationships between sourcing and supplier enablement teams and client stakeholders/hiring managers. This role involves managing requisition fulfilment, expectations, timelines, and supplier briefings (internal/external). You will oversee the effective and efficient sourcing and coordination of the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
What it looks like day to day:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
* Provide specialist advice, support, and recommendations on specific market conditions.
* Collaborate with the broader RP teams and client stakeholders to manage requisition fulfilment.
* Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and compliant with standard operating procedures.
* Facilitate end-to-end recruitment solutions, from sourcing candidates to compliance checks and creating placements.
* Partner with the Sourcing team to deliver appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies.
* Manage client expectations in line with market conditions and equal employment opportunity principles.
* Provide regular reports and information, including monthly active headcount reports and other relevant metrics.
* Ensure all client and candidate information is updated on the recruitment technology system in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful, you should have:
Excellent partnering skills, with the ability to question and ascertain client needs.
Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ability to develop strategies to maximize networks and information resources.
Knowledge of the recruitment technology system (OneTouch, 3SS, or similar) is advantageous.
* Experience in a similar recruitment or account management role.
* Strong understanding of market conditions and trends.
