Our client’s highly regarded Dispute Resolution team is trusted by both individuals and businesses for clear, practical advice that helps clients avoid or resolve disputes effectively. Recognised in the Legal 500, the team delivers deep legal expertise across a broad spectrum of services and works closely with specialist areas such as Corporate and Commercial law when projects require a multi-disciplinary approach.
We are looking for a skilled dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive to join the team, providing advice and representation across a variety of civil litigation matters. You will advise existing clients while developing your own portfolio, manage cases of varying complexity, and guide colleagues where appropriate. You will represent clients in matters including Property and Landlord & Tenant disputes, commercial disputes, professional negligence, intellectual property and trademarks, boundary disputes, and contested Wills and estates. Acting decisively in urgent situations to protect clients’ interests, including securing injunctions, will be a key part of your role. You will also maintain exceptional client service, provide advice with integrity, escalate concerns to the Partner as needed, and contribute to business development through networking and client engagement. All cases and files are managed to a high standard in line with SRA requirements, Law Society protocols, internal procedures, and LEXCEL quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years PQE and strong experience in dispute resolution and civil litigation. Experience handling complex property and landlord & tenant disputes is advantageous. You will have up-to-date knowledge of dispute law, risk management, and compliance, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Flexibility, resilience, organisation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential. You should be able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team and have the ability to contribute to business development and promote the team’s expertise.
