The Role
Deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
Lead and support school productions and extracurricular drama activities
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Promote confidence, teamwork, and creativity in all students
Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Work collaboratively to enhance the school's arts curriculum
Who We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcome
Experience teaching Drama in schools or educational settings
Confident, creative, and passionate about the performing arts
Strong classroom management and communication skills
