We're working with a number of primary schools across South Shields and Sunderland that are seeking passionate Early Years Teachers to join their teams. These schools understand the importance of a strong start to education and are committed to creating nurturing, engaging environments where children can flourish socially, emotionally and academically. We're looking for enthusiastic practitioners who are dedicated to supporting young learners during this crucial stage of development. What you'll be doing • Planning and delivering engaging Early Years learning experiences • Supporting children's development through play-based learning • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress against EYFS frameworks • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues • Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development What we're looking for • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent • Experience within EYFS or Early Years settings • A nurturing and creative approach to teaching • Strong communication and organisational skills • Willingness to travel to opportunities across South Shields and Sunderland • Driving is beneficial but not essential • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What you can expect from Protocol • Weekly PAYE pay • Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares • Free CPD and online training opportunities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
