Service and Release Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Release Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Products and Channels group, you will play a critical role in delivering technical and process solutions for Release Management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software delivery within a regulated environment and strong communication skills to convey technical messages to non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of Release Management processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt and implement enhanced Release Management tooling and automation opportunities.
* Support the Release Management teams on Configuration management and implementing DevOps practices.
* Work closely with colleagues to manage releasing software updates across Test and Production Environments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in software delivery within a regulated environment.
* Strong communication skills to convey technical messages to non-technical audiences.
* Proficient in technology, software automation tools like Jenkins and GoCD.
* Experience with enterprise-grade project management and change management tools, specifically the Atlassian tool-set and ServiceNow.
* Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
