The role focuses on leading a team in hospitality to deliver excellent guest experiences and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
* Ensure we are delivering the best experience for our guests on every visit
* Contribute to delivering the quarterly business plans
* Lead by example through training, coaching and developing a winning team
* Manage a P&L to meet financial targets and expectations
* Oversee Safety, Security and licensing aspects of the business
* Manage the guest experience platform to improve service and standards
* Maintain a fun and engaging culture using our Brand Standards and Company Ethos
* Conduct monthly reviews with all team members to encourage growth and development
* Ensure service standards and duty management are upheld during operating hours
* Be an industry expert in all areas of duty management

* 45hr working week across 5 shifts
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays
* Reliable commute to work
* Managing a large team of up to 50 staff
* Reporting KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Area Operations Manager
* Liaising with departments including marketing, sales, finance, operations and maintenance
