About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to help deliver the Council’s obligations to conserve and enhance one of England’s finest landscapes at a time of great change. Reporting to the East Devon National Landscape Manager, you will co-ordinate and facilitate the planning, design and implementation of projects and initiatives that will contribute to the delivery of the East Devon National Landscape Management Plan, working with a wide range of agencies, organisations, landowners, farmers and local communities.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the future of our landscapes, the communities and organisations that live and work in them. We want someone who can demonstrate an excellent understanding and experience in delivering landscape related projects and initiatives in partnership with others. We also want someone with experience of working with landscape managers, farmers and local community groups who will build on well-established relationships and develop new ones; someone who will work hand in glove with a diverse range of local agencies and partners. You must hold a relevant degree and/or have equivalent experience in the environmental sector.
About us
