Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, multi-faceted support role. * Accurately return quotes and process orders within agreed service levels. * Manage customer queries with efficiency, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach. * Collaborate closely with Transport, Warehouse, and Purchasing Teams to meet customer needs. * Make and receive calls to support customer retention and satisfaction. * Follow up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunities into sales. * Act as a first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries.
