We are working with a well-known contractor in the student accommodation sector in the Midlands, who are looking for a Fire Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card.

* £50,000 - £55,000 salary

Responsibilities:
* Managing 6 projects across the Midlands
* Ensuring projects meet budget targets
* Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
* Overseeing a team of Site Managers
Key skills required:
* Proven experience in project management
* BM TRADA or FDIS qualified
* Experience in passive fire protection
* Strong IT skills
* Experience working in higher education settings
