Social Worker – Bradford/Leeds
We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Supervising Social Worker. The successful applicant will be working with foster carers and looked after children. We have offices in the North West, South East, Midlands and the North East and are looking to recruit a social worker for our Warrington office in the North West. Your caseload will be primarily focussed in the Bradford/Leeds area.
This role is full time but can be considered part-time (4 days a week).
Fostering experience, along with a driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role. You must be fully qualified and registered with Social Work England.

The successful applicant must have a passion for children and young people, excellent organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and excellent communication skills.
The job description includes the following aspects:
* Supporting a case load of foster carers (12-15);
* Supporting the recruitment process of new foster families;
* Quality Assurance aspects relating to various areas of the agency;
* Conducting audits and ensuring statutory requirements are met at all times
* Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects;
* Participation in delivering of training for foster carers;
* Completion of Form F Assessments;
* Hybrid working and out of hours support to carers;
* Essential that you have access to car; and
* Have the right to work within the UK or appropriate visa.

* 26 days holiday, increasing to 30 with length of service.

Salary of £28k – £39K per annum PRO-RATA IF PART-TIME HOURS, depending on skills and years of experience. The job requirement also includes the relevant social work qualification, Social Work England registration and appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
