Role as a Ladieswear Julipa - Multi Category Designer
1. Collaborate with the Buying team on range planning, focusing on delivering top-tier fashion items, new volumes, and refreshing core offers.
2. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities; share insights with design and buying teams.
3. Design innovative ranges, identify new trends from catwalks, publications, and social media.
4. Coordinate with suppliers on new developments and gather intelligence to inform ranges.
5. Work with QA and Buying to ensure product quality standards.
6. Modernize product ranges to improve sales and market share, aligning with competitors.
7. Harmonize trends across relevant product areas.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and customer.
Skills and experience required
1. 5+ years of industry experience (supplier, retail, or brand) with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Exceptional design skills in the relevant field.
3. Commercial awareness and motivational leadership to inspire the team and generate ideas.
4. Excellent time management and communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders across media.

Working arrangements
* Hybrid working model, based at our Manchester City Centre office in the Northern Quarter.
* Full-time hours: 36.17 per week over 5 days, with flexible start and finish times.
