We believe wellness should feel inclusive, uplifting, and designed to fit into real life, and we’re building a brand that reflects just that.The RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead content, storytelling and creative direction across every FOLD touchpoint, from our digital channels and brand assets to the workouts on our app.You’ll be at the heart of our brand voice and visual identity, producing standout content and campaigns that deepen connection and drive engagement. You’ll also work closely with the team to support events, launches, and global activations.This is a remote-first role, but we collaborate in person weekly in London or the South of England. Flexibility is key – evening/weekend work and occasional international travel will be part of the role as the brand grows.What you’ll be doing:Creating compelling visual content for digital channels – including campaigns, branded graphics, social assets, email content, and eventsShaping and leading FOLD’s storytelling and content strategy across website, CRM, affiliate, social and physical experiencesWriting engaging, on-brand copy that connects with our audience and reflects our valuesManaging and maintaining brand asset libraries, templates and tone of voice guidesSupporting activations, partnerships and product launches with creative direction and communicationsCollaborating with photographers, videographers, instructors and freelancers as neededKeeping a consistent look, feel and voice across all FOLD platforms and campaignsWhat we’re looking for:3+ years’ experience in a creative or content-led marketing roleA portfolio that blends strong visual content, copywriting and storytellingExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)Strong understanding of digital channels and what makes content land across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, email and webConfident copywriting skills – you know how to hit the right tone and bring the FOLD brand to lifeExperience editing video content and managing uploads for apps or digital platformsSuper organised, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple projectsPassionate about wellness, lifestyle or design-led brandsWilling and able to travel, attend events, and meet the team weekly in the South of EnglandWhat you’ll get:£35,000 salary + equity-based bonus schemeComplementary FOLD Reformer BedVitality Health Insurance (with wellness perks)BUPA Dental SchemeCycle to Work SchemeTravel opportunities, both local and internationalFlexible, remote-first working – with weekly in-person creative daysA key role in shaping a purpose-led, design-forward wellness brand with direct access to the three co-foundersThe chance to make your mark across content, brand, and digital experience
