Job Description:

Customer Services Coordinator German £28,000 - £30,000 - Wigan/Hybrid 3 days on site

Our client, an established multinational based in Wigan, is looking to recruit a fluent German speaker for their Customer Service Team. Reporting to the team leader, the Customer Service Team Representative will act as the primary contact for communication with customers, handling all aspects of service and customer care.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering a high standard of service across all aspects of the business.
2. Assisting in customer order fulfilment activities such as taking orders, providing information, determining delivery dates, and selecting appropriate shipping methods and rates.
3. Liaising with all company departments to improve processing and delivery times of customer orders.
4. Handling and resolving customer complaints and enquiries promptly and accurately, working closely with customers to meet their expectations.
5. Managing and resolving conflicts when customer expectations cannot be met, with minimal input from managers.

Within the role, you will be expected to:

1. Be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
2. Be confident in addressing difficult situations via telephone.
3. Be capable of making decisions within your scope of role.
4. Make quick decisions and adapt to different situations, identifying potential issues early.
5. Oversee customer projects from order receipt to final delivery.
6. Complete daily workload, which may occasionally require additional hours due to urgent circumstances.
7. Stay organized and proactive, managing multiple situations and priorities effectively.

Ideally, you will have previous commercial or office experience working on a B2B level in a professional environment, with proven customer interaction experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, with the ability to learn new systems and databases.
