Parts Interpreter – Full Training Provided (TAFE Pathway Available) Kenway & Clark | Full Time | Agricultural & Machinery Industry Location: Cowra or Young Looking for a hands-on career? Mechanically minded? We’ll train you! Kenway & Clark is looking for a reliable, practical team player to join us as a Parts Interpreter. You’ll play a vital role helping our customers and mechanics get the right parts to keep machinery running smoothly — on the farm, in the field, and in the workshop. No experience? No worries. If you’re keen to learn, we offer on-the-job training and support to complete a TAFE qualification in Parts Interpreting. What you’ll be doing: Helping identify and locate the right parts for machinery and equipment. Ordering and sourcing parts from suppliers or warehouse stock. Providing support and advice to customers and workshop staff. Keeping track of orders, part numbers, and stock levels. Handling returns and warranty claims. Assisting with stocktake and keeping our showroom tidy and well-stocked. We’d love to hear from you if you: Have experience in parts or machinery (not essential – we’ll train the right person). Are mechanically minded and enjoy problem-solving. Have strong customer service and communication skills. Are organised and detail-focused. Are comfortable using a computer (email, Excel, inventory systems). Hold a current driver’s licence (forklift licence a bonus). What we offer: Competitive pay package, tailored to your experience. Job details: Full-time, 38 hours/week (7.6 hours per day Monday–Friday between 7:30am–5:30pm). Saturday mornings on a rotating roster. After-hours call-outs (once trained, approx. 1 week/month). Must live within reasonable distance of the dealership for after-hours response.
