Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
1. Working across all aspects of thependia Touch application
2. Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to understand their requirements for thependia Touch application
3. Analysing, documenting and estimating client requirements
4. Configuring and testing thependia Touch application
5. Enhancing and developing the Touch Model
6. Improving the implementation practices and procedures
7. Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
8. Strong experience as an Implementation Consultant.
9. Educated to degree standard preferred but not essential
10. Experience of using Pension Configuration Tools and MS SQL
11. LGPS experience would be advantageous
12. Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable ( Pensions Management Institute Certification)
13. At least 1/3 years of experience in the Pensions Industry, either as a Scheme Administrator or Business Analyst experienced in capturing requirements for Pensions IT Projects
14. Demonstrable software development capability
15. Demonstratemercial awareness & operational efficiencies/ie generation in current role
