Salary: £13.62ph plus incentives
Hours: Full Time Permanent Contract (7pm to 7am, 3-4 shifts per week to include alternate weekends)
Location: St Andrew’s Nursing and Care Home, Sleaford, NG34 9PL
St Andrew’s is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. It provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities
* You’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* You’ll be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* You’ll complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Residing 20 minutes or less near to the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
