Project Engineer - Electrical Bias - (Leven, Fife)

This is a *Leven-based* role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on *projects across distillation, brewing, packaging, warehousing, and soft drink/whiskey production lines*.
* Deliver end-to-end capital expenditure (capex) projects for FMCG manufacturing sites.
* Support projects across distillation, brewing, packaging, warehousing, and soft drink/whiskey production lines.
* Take ownership from Cradle to grave execution (not design), managing turnkey projects.
* Manage sub-contractors on-site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of electrical and infrastructure works.
* Develop requirement specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules with internal teams.
* Monitor capex spend, forecasting, and financial controls throughout project life cycles.
* Lead construction and commissioning activities with an electrical bias.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all stages.
* Apply specialist knowledge across gas, pharmaceutical, and FMCG strategic projects.
* Full-time role (5 days/week, minimum 4 on site) with 12-week onboarding and significant hands-on involvement.
