Requirements:

8. Qualifications: 7061 & 7062 or equivalent qualifications (Chef degree desirable)
9. PVG Required
10. Proven experience in professional kitchens
11. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

14. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
